WHAT WILL I EXPERIENCE?

Like any coaching experience, it starts by identifying an opportunity or challenge you want to focus on. That can be investing in your emotional health, work challenges, reconnecting to nature, or anything in between. From there, we will spend time in natural settings and practice mindfulness, conversation, observation, and reflection—all in pursuit of your well-being and thriving in what matters most to you.

 

You aren’t in nature.

You are part of nature.

What the Research Says

  • Spending time in nature has been shown to reduce stress levels and the associated negative health impacts of stress. Studies suggest that even brief exposure to nature can lower stress hormones, improve mood, and promote overall well-being.

  • Nature's restorative power lies in its ability to engage our attention in novel ways, combating mental fatigue, and energizing us through experiences like “soft fascination.” By immersing ourselves in natural environments, our brains can replenish their capacity for directed attention and problem-solving.
